Our entire administrative staff is here to welcome you to our office and will work to ensure that your experience at Chestermere Station Pediatric Dentistry is as comfortable as possible.
The administrative staff handles the administrative aspects of a dental office or setting, ensuring that all appointments are scheduled and handled properly.
They also handle treatment plan coordination and financial aspects, including billing patients and insurance companies. In addition to normal administration skills, dental administrators fully understand dental terminology and dental procedures in order to effectively record and report information.
Our team is here to help answer all your questions and address any of your concerns.
Meet Our Administration Team
Maureen – Administrator
My name is Maureen, and I’m Dr. Ethan’s and Dr. Sean’s Dental Administrator. I started working at Lifepath Wellness part-time in 2014 and joined Dr. Ethan’s pediatric team in 2016 with the opening of Chestermere Station.
From Medicine Hat originally, I have lived in Chestermere since 2002 and have seen many changes in our city. I have two older children, and I am glad that they were able to grow up with our community and be involved with hockey, dance and other community activities that helped us all create a network of friends. When I’m not at work, I like to spend time with my kids and our two cats, Cuddles and Gilbert, and our Mexican rescue dog, a border collie named Quinn. I also like to read, try new restaurants, take naps, travel, watch Netflix, and drink Tim Horton’s coffee.
I feel fortunate to be working with Dr. Ethan and Dr. Sean and the great team of dental assistants and administrators who work at our office. I’ve always enjoyed working with children and helping them have successful visits to the dentist (something I never had!) is very important to me.
Carrie – Greeter
Hi! My name is Carrie, and if I’m not on the phone booking or confirming appointments, I’m the one who will say Hi! to you when you come to the Station.
I first joined Lifepath Wellness in 2016 and moved over to the Station in January 2017, where I found my passion for pediatrics/orthodontics. My favorite part of working at Chestermere Station is the fast-pasted environment and dynamic atmosphere and all the patients
